Went into this with no expectations but finished it in a day in basically one sitting. Not light subject matter but very easy to read. Although I don’t personally resonate with the characters, I found myself sufficiently interested and invested in them.

Some ramblings or repeated trains of thought lost me but this was few and far between.

While I binged the book, I don’t know if it’s going to be super memorable or impactful to me in 1 year, 6 months or even 1 month from now. However, I enjoyed it and would recommend it particularly to people that connect with stories centred on sibling relationships and/or grief.

I wouldn't say that I enjoyed this book, but I did find it introspective and tremendously insightful. It's about memory, life, death, grief, and survival.
