I loved this one. It gave me all the warm fuzzies. I haven't read too many Christina Lauren books so I don't have much to compare this one too. It seems like from other peoples reviews that I will love the other books even more. I'm a little sad to see such low ratings. I feel it was a light hearted fun read and perfect for the holidays. Especially during a pandemic.

Cute, enjoyable, fun, a little over dramatic at times, Hallmark Channel level cheesiness

A Groundhog Day time loop romance is always going to be a fun and entertaining time! I had a lot of fun with this but it actually didn’t take the Groundhog Day premise far enough - she basically only has to repeat the same day 3ish (?) times which detracts from the impactfulness of the ultimate final (unlooped) day. I want more hijinks and chaos before everything is fixed, give me more!! I did think it was sweet and would recommend it but I would’ve actually loved another 50-100 pages of our MC being forced to relive the day before getting what she wants. But I am a sucker for a happy ending so all in all a good time.

This book was adorable. It was a little rough to start, but the ending is so heart warming and satisfying. With so many twists and turns it is definitely not your normal Christmas read.
