Surprisingly decent, despite the fact that I'm not a huge fan of medical category romances - probably because this one felt relatively light on the medicine; the medical practice just existed as a way to get a workplace romance between the hero and heroine. I also liked the look at ordinary London - no one's a billionaire and the hero wasn't, like, saving seventeen children a day, although he was of course wildly selfless and also possessed of a law degree. Very much a Cinderella kind of romance - the heroine is suffering and the hero sweeps in and rescues her from All That - and the misunderstandings were a little silly, but pleasant over all.
