I think Emily Henry might be an only child because who calls their sister “Sissy”, let alone call them “Sissy” every second line.

Overall, wholesome story, but part when they are reading excerpts from Dusty’s book kind of felt irrelevant to me.

Sweet book with great characters. I loved the big city and small town feel. That one can have the best of both has to offer. I’m so glad I read it and I’m in the know of what the hype was about. Lots of great quotes!

this is the perfect book depicting a character afraid of change and rooted in her ways, but not changing it for anyone. she accepts how it works and benefits for her and she might be scared to change it but it’s not harming her life. i think it was really beautiful to see that resolution that isn’t as common.

my favorite Emily Henry book by far. i maybe even cried a little, and i devoured the entire book in one sitting. like, i didn't even take a water break or properly dry my tears.
