Man patiko istorija, tikrai nustebino pats galas.

A captivating page turner! Don't let anyone ruin the story for you.

I liked this book, I give it 3.5 stars. Because it's very predictable.. you kind of know how the books is ending after reading the first page even.
The writing style was not something I was used to, one chapter was present Katherine, another chapter was past katherine with her sister Rachel and another chapter was future Katherine with a daughter.
I liked the characters though!
I first thought Alice was the normal "Queen B" but turns out she is cray cray.
The two male characters were amazing, I loved both Robbie and Mick. They were both these sweet guys who would do anything for Kath. And I also loved Philippa.
Some scenes were over dramatic and they dragged the whole thing with Rachel a bit too much.. it got a little annoying at times.
I don't know how I feel about the ending, it's definitely not a happy cliché ending, but it's not really sad either. I wish they added an epilogue like even 1-2 years later.
Overall it's a good chic-lit! A bit different from most of them, but not necessarily in a bad way.

I can't believe Mick dies . . . it's sooo depressing.
This wasn't the kind of book I would normally read, and it really took me a while to read it. I thought that it was okay, but not as phenomenal as people have been saying. It was average to me.
It’s never easy to be the new girl, especially when you’re hiding a secret as big as Katherine Patterson’s. When Alice befriends her, though, Katherine is sure that things are looking up. That is until she begins to see that Alice is hiding something as well. As their friendship unfolds and Alice’s true nature is revealed, Katherine must decide what is more important: her new life or her new friendship. Rebecca James’s debut is a dark story that makes you wonder just how well you know the people around you; one that readers are sure to gobble up in one sitting. I have to admit that I had Beautiful Malice figured out fairly early on. The way the plot played out, though, was both intriguing and intense. It is easy to see why James’s book has been garnering so much attention and I look forward to what she has planned next.
Wow. This has been on my to-read list for 8 years, and I'm so glad I finally drove into it! Crazy, emotional, lovely!
3.75. this was enjoyable. it was really interesting and i didnt expect alice to be who she was, that twist definitely shocked me. it was definitely a page turner and it kept me intrigued and i definitely wanted to find out what would happen next.
