This was such a fun read! I love a good mystery, and this one is based out of New Orleans which made it even more special. This is the only book I've read from Andrighetti's Franki Amato series, and I definitely intend to check out more.
Franki is from Texas, but working as a private investigator in New Orleans. Even though Nola is full of the supernatural, vampires, voodoo, and witches, Franki is creeped out by vampires. She nonetheless takes on a client suspected of being a vampire. She has to put her fears behind her to determine whether or not Josh Santo is robbing blood banks and draining people's blood, or if he was just at the wrong place at the wrong time.
