Another interesting volume. This one was a bit heaver than some of the pervious ones. I find I enjoy the light ones more than the heaver ones.

Noah’s Circus Arc will ALWAYS be my favorite, and this volume excels at showing exactly why. I love, LOVE, Black Butler, and this arc will always have a special spot in my heart.

Dieses Volumen geht direkt mit Spannung los. Ich weiß das Ciel und Sebastian nur ein Vertrag einhalten und Sebastian sich nur um seine Gesundheit sorgt weil sein Futter sonst verdorben wäre und sein Vertrag ihn sagt das er Ciel beschützen wird aber immer wenn es einem Charakter nicht gut geht der mir schon wichtig ist verspür ich immer so eine Angst und Anspannung und tatsächlich mag ich es. Das Unwissen ob es gleich vorbei ist oder ob der Charakter danach wiederkommt. Das einzige was mich in diesem Volumen störte war im ersten Kapitel das sexuelle. Ich mag sexuelles im allgemeinen nicht. Da ich weiß das es notwendig war werde ich dementsprechend nicht ganz so hartnäckig bei der Bewertung sein. Sonst fand ich die Geschwindigkeit tatsächlich kleinen wenig langsamer als sonst. Im Großen und Ganzen war das Volumen gut.

This volume starts right with action. I like that tense feeling I get when a character I like isn't feeling well and all you can think of is; Please don't perish, please don't perish. Ciel is still having fever in this volume and his sickness gives me a great tension (even though I know that he wouldn't pass away). Only things I didn't like was the sexual stuff in the first chapter of this volume and that the pacing was a bit slower than usual. Since I know that the sexual stuff was necessary I won't be harsh on rating this part. Overall, the volume was great!

This volume is vicious and bloody and I love it. Also, proof that Sebastian will pretty much do anyone - err, anything - to get the job done. I liked the appearances by Agni and Soma, the development of the Circus characters, and the further glimpses we get into Ciel's history. Did I mention the blood in this book? It gets especially bleak and violent in the last two chapters, so be careful reading those. Also, if the cliffhanger doesn't get you excited for volume eight, nothing will.
