Wanted to love this as much as I did Beach Read but it just felt really angst-y and I ended up skipping a few pages here and there and it didn’t seem to have any impact on the story.

I loved Poppy and Alex!
Such loveable characters that you learn so much about, great humour and overall a wonderful story.

I did sometimes feel dissatisfied during the time skips as I was enjoying the present tense but as soon as I started to read the new chapter I enjoyed the flashbacks too!

Definitely had no idea how the book would end and that made it so exciting.
