So cute and fluffy and happy. Contemporary romance at its finest. In London.

This is a sweetheart. It's Graffiti Moon, Anna and the French Kiss and The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight rolled into a perfect one. If you loved those, or any of those, you must read this.

3 stars. I read this back in April and enjoyed it at the time but now I realize it was not that great. It was pretty cliche and very predictable as to what was going to happen. If you want a short, quick read, then this book is it! Just not the most amazing or original book I've ever read but I did enjoy it.

Just a quick cute read. I was definitely in need of a novel such as this after dragging myself through a previous novel. Overall a adorable, fun, romantic book.

This book was so adorable! It was exactly what I was looking for, and I'm very glad that I picked it up. Don't go into this book expecting MAJOR character development or for it to deal with complex issues, but then again this book is only set over a couple of days. However, if you are looking for a light, fluffy read, I definitely recommend Meant to Be.

Although the characters are very flawed and can be very frustrating to read about, it made the characters feel realistic. Neither of them is perfect, and I think they were very believable high schoolers. Also, the romance felt very realistic. Although it did progress over a small span of time, I thought that the attraction that the two characters had for each other was very gradual, and there was absolutely no hints of instalove in this book, which is always great. My only complaint is that I wish it was longer! I wanted to see what the characters were like after they became a couple. Other than that, I was very satisfied by Mean to Be.

Meh. A fairly formulaic teen romance. Julia, a very rule-following nerd is made the "buddy" of her loose-cannon classmate Jason while on a class trip to England. You know what happens from here...
