I had to read this for school. I thought it was boring and the characters were annoying. The ending made no sense.

This was my first time reading Lord of the Flies. I found it to be quite entertaining. I knew there was going to be a somewhat dark feel to it, but I wasn't expecting how the plot turned out to be at all. I really enjoyed reading it, and would definitely recommend it.

This is a hard book to rate. It bored me (a lot) throughout, but the "Lord of the Flies" scene with Simon was pretty vivid and brilliant, and the message behind it was interesting. It was just so dang boring.
