Pretty cute, if not kind of "simple". Not much to complain about with only 3 installments though, of course. It's got a nice artstyle, nothing too out of the ordinary. The main characters are likeable, a bit surface-level. It says my copy of it has an extra in it that is only included in first editions. 3.5 stars.

Bon, comme pas mal de personnes je crois, le combo sorcières + yuri m'avait convaincue avant même de commencer ma lecture. Au fil des pages pourtant, j'étais de moins en moins emballé. J'ai trouvé les rapprochements entre Mari et Alice très doux et mims, les élèves jalouses agaçantes comme il faut, mais la tournure que prend la narration à la fin du tome me laisse un peu réticent. Je pense quand même lire les autres tomes pour voir si ces réticences seront chassées ou pas ! Pour cette raison, je mets 3 ⭐ plutôt que 2 !

Cute sapphic magic school manga volume 1 beginning. I love the art style and the character design but the story feels very exposition heavy and doesn’t make me care that much about the characters sadly.
