Interesting magic system. The audiobook was an easy, fun listen. Not sure if I’m going to continue the series.

I like the concept but I wasn't a big fan of the story itself

This book was ok. I feel like the characters could have been better developed although I liked some characters dynamic.

I was pleasantly surprised with this book, and I was completely hooked from the beginning. I loved the fresh take on witches, and the overall "current" feel to the story and writing. I didn't want to stop listening to the audio, but when I did I couldn't wait to hear more.

I liked all the characters, and I didn't really have a clue to who was the villain. I kept changing my mind through out until about three quarters through. My final guess was obviously correct, but it still shocked me when it was revealed because I really liked that character, and I guess that's what the author was going for. Well played!

I'm really looking forward to the next one, I hope it's as good as this.

This was such an entertaining ride. It had twists and turns I didn't expect and much of the witchy/fall vibes that I did. Add a twist of queer drama and finding herself (with the protagonist) and I was very much along for this ride. I can't wait to pick up the sequel.

I’m a sucker for both witches and lesbians so this was a great book for me. The magic system in this book is absolutely FASCINATING too. My only complaint is that, as a pagan, the way this book talked about pagan religions sometimes felt… not offensive exactly… just uncomfortable.
