I WAS OBSESSED WITH THIS SERIES!!!!!! But in the last few pages of the prologue, the last few pieces of my broken heart DIED!!!!! THEY KILLED WILL!!!!!!!! WILL WAS ONE OF MY FAVORITE CHARACTERS OF ALL TIME BUT THEN THEY KILLED HIM!!!!! AFTER MAKING EVERYONE LOVE WESSA THEY KILL IT AND TURN IT INTO JESSA?!?! WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

i wish i had good enough words to describe how i feel. i’ll forever love these characters. i’ll never let them go. will, jem, tessa, i learned so much with you. best series i’ve ever read.

This broke my heart, stitched it back together, and broke it again. I feel like tessa is an old friend of mine and I’m happy she’s happy. She really had her cake and ate it too tho lol. I definitely favor will - his affinity for literature SINGS to me.
