Poetic and funny at times, and honest. I enjoyed it but I struggled with parts.

Fantastic, fantastic read. It is extremely funny without glorifying the drug use, which some authors have a tendency to do. James St. James writes an honest account of life in the limelight and all the good and bad that came with it, definitely worth your time!

It’s niche but it’s my favorite book of all time. there’s just something to it that never let me go, especially interesting for LGBTQIA* members and people interested in drag and its history

A time capsule of the New York night life of the 80s and 90s told through the lens of one of its resident Club Kids in the wake of a murder. Sad and hilarious and shocking at times.
