I loved this second book from Lore Wilbert. Each chapter explores a different question from the Bible, and encourages the reader to not be afraid of asking questions of God and our faith. This book is one I could revisit in a couple of years and learn/be encouraged from all over again.
I think this quote, from the final chapter on Peter, best sums up why I loved the book: “Even if tomorrow is full of mistakes and errors and a thousand ways he’ll go awry, he will wrestle with what God is asking of him today. That kind of faith finds its center in the love of God. It can find its center only in the love of God. God is not interested in followers with all the right answers or even the right questions. He wants us to ask the questions, whatever kinds of questions we want, to lead us right to the locus of his love.”

Very very grateful for this book. It helped give me freedom from in having questions. Lore’s words are good, honest, wholesome, and raw. & it helped show me that it’s okay in the thick of it all.

I really loved this book. The questions posed in it have made me think harder about and process more of my life than any other resource I've read in awhile. If you can't afford therapy, this is a good start
