This book has made me realize that even though I only have two people living in my house, I like to cook for a small army. I made the banana bread and it was pretty tasty (but I still have to figure out how to make it a little more moist). I made the red wine flank steak and it was pretty ok! Not the best thing I've ever made, but not the worst either. Worth a shot!
