Wooowwww. I am still in shock. I thought I really knew what was going to happen, but shockingly, I was wrong. Such a great read. I could not put the book down. This is the first book I have read from this author, and I truly enjoyed it. I heard many good things about this book, and all were true. This is a read you don’t want to miss out on because it is the perfect marriage 💍🩸

First off, none of the characters are likeable. I was immediately put off by every new person added to the mix.  The POV switched between two completely unreliable narrators. However, Adam was just plain stupid and delusional thanks to his mommy. He thought there were no repercussions to his actions and justice would ultimately prevail.....boy was he wrong! Also, Sarah did everything she could from the beginning, right to the end. 

All in all, the book was a god read. I'd recommend it.

I finished the book in 2 days, however, I found myself tempted to Google the ending. I suppose that says I was hooked and invested in the outcome, but wasn’t interested in the ride there. I usually pin the antagonist in stories like these right away, but this one I didn’t. I almost wish there were more Easter eggs to drive you to the twist, I like thinking back to cues that I missed throughout the storyline, like flashback scenes in a movie, but there were none.
