As a Gilmore Girls fan who finds comfort in the character of Lorelai, it is lovely to discover that Lauren is equally as loveable and comedic as her character. This was a fast, entertaining read that gave me an extra insight of the filming of Gilmore Girls. I love that Lauren rode around set on her bike - something that reminds me of when Lorelai cycles to work when her Jeep breaks down. Some of the content seemed a little dated to me, like the discussion about phone usage etc., while still relevant today, it is a little over done. Regardless, the sometimes stream of consciousness and going off on tangents was fun to follow and reminded me of myself and Lorelai. Overall, an entertaining read and I have great admiration for Lauren Graham!
This book was a great mix of comedy, reflection and realism. I have a whole new level of love for Lauren. It was great insight into her life and who she is as an actor and a person. I really enjoyed learning about Lauren, and both of her Gilmore Girls journey. The only reason I have it 4/5 stars is because I prefer fiction over non fiction. Great book, would definitely recommend!

I love Lauren Graham in Gilmore Girls and Parenthood. She is Lorelei, and the character wouldn’t be as iconic if anyone else took that role.
The book was fun and enjoyable and gave insight of her life with quirky and vulnerable clips of her life!
I adored listening to her read the book. It definitely added to the experience.

I loved this memoir so much, partly because Lauren Graham is Lorelai Gilmore (a character I fell so in love with many years ago). It's personal and touching, and gives you insight into how crazy Hollywood life really is (crazy as in busy and superficial, not insane in the real sense of the word). I highly recommend this read for any Gilmore Girls or Parenthood fan. You'll devour it!

I liked this one pretty well. Gilmore Girls has always been my favorite show and my dream in life is to be as witty as Lorelei. I liked reading the tidbits about the revival and her life. But I also felt as though there wasn't a whole lot to it...I wished she had gone deeper into her life and shared more. But she is funny and I did enjoy it. It is a pretty quick read.
