Talking as Fast as I Can: From Gilmore Girls to Gilmore Girls (And Everything in Between)
Lauren Graham
I enjoyed Lauren Graham on Gilmore Girls and Parenthood, but she isn't a celebrity I follow. I don't know why I picked up this book but I'm glad I did. She's a delightful narrator and her story engaging enough. However, she didn't dig too deep. It's a lovely lightweight memoir

I. LOVED. THIS. BOOK. If you read it, please get the audio version. You miss out on the pictures, but listening to Lauren Graham read it was just so wonderfully comforting I don't think I would have wanted it any other way. This book was like talking to a friend: funny, cathartic, and heartwarming. I am a huge Gilmore Girls fan, so I loved hearing little facts about the making of both series. I also loved hearing Lauren's reaction to the final four words... I think we both have the same feelings on that subject. Also, side note, I never watched Parenthood so I know nothing about it, but it didn't hinder my enjoyment about hearing of her experiences on the show. Overall, a fantastic, fun, quick book.

This book was really fun and I loved it because Lauren is so much like Lorelei it’s insane. What a fun memoir. I feel like I can give it five stars but I don’t feel like rating a memoir.
