I love steamy books but I also like my novels to be well rounded, with interesting dialogue and characters. This novel had a lot of promise in the beginning but it quickly just became hopscotch of sex scenes without dynamic character or plot building scenes in between.

Really slow read, barely able to finish. Also, book includes (something that should have been part of the summary but was only included in a hidden tw list,

miscarriage. The mc was depressed and obsessed about it most of the book.

 I don’t think I’ll continue the series, just a little too slow for me right now!
