You would never guess by reading Cat Scratch Fever that this is the first paranormal book that the duo that is Sarah O'Rourke has written together because it was flawlessly executed! Everything flowed perfectly and I am seriously impressed because it might not seem like paranormal is a tough genre to crack, but it is and they did. It was absolutely fabulous and I positively loved it!
Alexa has a sweet, kind heart, but dang that woman is sassy! She can definitely hold her own against Beau and she doesn't let him get away with anything. Alexa is strong, fierce, wise, and a beautiful soul. She is just wonderful and I completely loved her!
And of course, it goes without saying that I loved Beau! He's everything that I love my heroes to be: an alpha, confident, possessive, protective, and sweet. Beau's possessiveness got my heart racing, but his utter sweetness had me and my heart melting into a puddle. Beau is totally swoon worthy and I know that you will fall just as hard as I did!
Cat Scratch Fever might be a short, fast read, but it is full of life and heart. It is without a doubt worth the time and the buy. It is funny and passionate, and has tons of heart melting, good-sigh worthy moments. It is lovely and fantastic, I couldn't get enough, and I hope, hope, hope that they write more paranormal because I will devour it!
Cat Scratch Fever is a standalone, it's told from Alexa and Beau's POV, and they get a happy ending that will leave you feeling all warm and toasty inside!

Insta love PNR. How wonderful. Complete guilty pleasure read.
The first part of the book is very whimsical and OTT with it. The second half had a different feel to it. Still good, but it was weird as I passed into the second half of the book.

This was a great quick read about Beau a Panther Alpha finding his Mate, while it would have been great to be a full length novel it still satisfied my needs for a fun and steamy Shifter romance. I really liked Lexi with her sass and Beau being all Alpha male but also so understanding of Lexis needs. This would be a great series and I especially loved the epilogue!

Fun, fast-paced, and hilarious. Beau and Alexa's story starts out kind of in the middle of things (in the bedroom), but it's a perfect beginning for this couple. It's fast-paced, with witty dialogue, fun, and steam, plenty of steam. There's very little drama or angst, making this a great light-hearted read, perfect for a mid-afternoon or bedtime story that can be finished in one sitting.

PNR is my #1 genre that I cannot get enough of. I gotta tell you, not many authors can write instalove like Sarah O'Rourke and this book checks all my boxes ... sexy alpha plus he's a sleek powerful panther shifter, it has humour unique to Sarah O'Rourke style of writing, petite heroines (Lexie is only 5'2 compared to Beau's 6'4 towering height) and delicious sexy bits.
At first Lexie infuriates me with her "the lady doth protest too much" but she grows on me. As for Beau, I just want to lick and rub myself all over his gorgeous tall of espresso frame especially if he looks at me with his golden honey eyes *sigh*
Needless to say that I enjoyed this read and I hope you click this story and check it out!
