The plot has found its groove for sure! The characters are developing nicely, and we're still being introduced to new ones. Really enjoying this series overall. Probably another 3.5/4, but I'm rounding up since it's progressing nicely.

this book is like reaching a high level on a video game and unlocking a shit ton of characters and lore and now you can finally enjoy it. but seriously this book would be five stars if percy could stop being an idiot for maybe one chapter and/or the others stopped getting interrupted CONSTANTLY whenever they try to tell him something. like seriously he’s not gonna explode if he actually understands what’s happening for once
