I accidentally read this volume first in this series (a good reminder that I should check series titles and not solely rely on volume numbers) but even without background context I enjoyed reading this a lot and I think you could truly read this without reading the previous volumes in the series but one should probably read it in order. But the story could carry along a reader and get them invested in the characters and story without reading anything else. So glad that I picked this up because of its pretty cover and art because I have truly enjoyed the story and I think it is probably one of my favorite manga series that I have read.
Manga is just not my genre but with a task to read just that I sought out a book with a Deaf character hoping it would keep my attention. Not sure if it was simply because it was manga or the translation or just me but I struggled through this book and have no desire to read the next two that the library bought just for my request.

I loved the previous two ones better but this one was good as well. However, i did not enjoy them two not communicating enought throught their problems but i get that this will get resolved probably so let's go to the next volume.
