To be truthful, I always love Nora Roberts and this lovely short story is no exception. In these short pages she manages to get you to feel deeply for Kadra and Harper Doyle. Love across dimensions with some kick-ass fighting and near-death thrown in. Tops.

I think part of the problem with this book is that it was simply too short to make the most out of the plot, so it felt a little rushed and false. I enjoyed the story, I just think there could have been more to it. It was witty but still for the whole 150 pages to cover only two days... it could have been better. A decent quick read at best.
