I greatly enjoyed this. The romance is snarky, funny and heartfelt. The chemistry between the two leads was great. Luc is a mess and Oliver is a stick in the mud and the result is a weirdly sweet and definitely entertaining romance.
The supporting cast was slightly gimmicky, which was funny but at times a bit too much. There were many references that felt very tumblry as well as outright mentions of tumblr which felt a little bit dated even to someone who is well versed in the tumblr sphere.
But overall, this is amazing. Such a fun romance to read. Wish we got a little bit more at the end after they patch things up.I enjoyed that it was Oliver‘s mess in the end that they had to overcome and not Luc‘s .
A fantastic romance, that will be a standalone for my enjoyment for spoiler reasons which I‘ve heard about the sequel :)

With a cast or unlikable characters and a plot held together by a blade of vegetarian grass, there is not much to root for in this book. We are constantly reminded why Oliver and Luc don't work and never really told why they would.

Update 2022: literally incredible - i liked it even more the second time
4.3- it started off so shaky, but I genuinely loved it by the end. Impressive, well-written character development
