I love stories from this era… it was a very dark time for humankind, but also an inspiring one, as these women’s stories were. This is my first reading of a book by this author, and I’m surprised how quickly it went, given how many pages this book has.

I really liked how this book grew into a story that showed several different ways to fight fascism.
