It starts slow but give it time. There are a few twists that others may be able to predict, but I gasped! The ending is one of the more realistic ones I've read.

I really wanted to enjoy this audiobook because the premise sounded super cute. However, I couldn't find myself getting completely wrapped up in the story. I've been going through some anxiety in my personal life so it is very possible that I wasn't in a great headspace to fully enjoy this book. With that being said I don't think it is an awful book, and I also don't think that the narrators were bad. I am hoping to revisit this book at another time.

It took me considerably longer than usual to get into this story, it started out a little slow and didn't give you much of a hint of where the pot was going in the end. That said, once I got going on it I couldn't put it down! You just really want to know what happens to the characters.

I enjoyed most of this book, but the ending was disappointing. Not sure why. The way Catherines actions were kind of shrugged off kind of bothered me.
This book was really a love story to literature and libraries and love. It was kind of slow to start, but by 40% I was hooked. The ending, while sweet, fell just a little flat for me.
