I really enjoyed this book! It started off a little slow, so I had some trouble getting into it, but once I did I was hooked. I just really love speculative fiction written in a historical context. It really makes you reflect on how different things could be.
I also really appreciated the ending of this book. I liked that Kung Li Sun left the reader with a lot of questions and didn't try to wrap everything up too neatly. I would highly recommend!!
