Be careful: Very dubious consent and in a very disturbing power dynamic between the characters. There are TW at the beginning but none mentions this. The female MC has her agency removed in the beginning of the book and even if we’re meant to read her as feisty and adorably angry, she has no time to process her trauma. The dub con is barely addressed too. Left a very sour taste in my mouth. 

I’m sad because I really love the writing style…
