Thank you to #NetGalley and #Disney-Hyperion for allowing me to read this book in exchange for my honest review.I loved 10 Blind Dates by the same author so I decided I wanted to read this as well. It did not disappoint me and I really liked it too.

Thank you Netgalley and Disney Publishing for an advanced copy of this book.

While it’s been many (undisclosed) years since I graduated from high school, I do remember the excitement and the stress in the days leading up to it. 10 truths and a dare captures those moments spectacularly.

I enjoyed the hijinks and problem solving that teenagers tend to get themselves into but as a mom I kept saying “just tell your parents!” Though honestly it was probably for the best as they were all going to be on their own soon and needed to solve things themselves.

10 Truths and a Dare was absolutely adorable!

I think my favorite part of this book as well as 10 Blind Dates was the family. You can just feel the love the family has for each other and how much they root each other on no matter what.

Now, 10 Truths and a Dare follows Olivia, the cousin of the main character from 10 Blind Dates. She is an overachiever and is about to graduate high school as salutatorian. However, she finds out she is half a credit short of graduating because of an off campus P.E. class that she didn’t take quite as seriously as she should have. So, she makes a deal with the P.E. coach to make up the hours she missed and chaos naturally ensues.

Overall, if you’re looking a for a cute YA romcom with a family that you’ll fall in love with, I highly recommend this one as well as 10 Blind Dates!
