again, why does it take until getting to 40-50% of the way through these books for the story to take off??? because when this book took off (just like in the last book) I couldn’t put it down but I hate that it takes me so long to be that invested.
okay enough negativity because overall I did like this book. I didn’t know how I would feel about Cade but honestly he’s probably the sweetest cinnamon role of the bunch. now Journey was a complete mystery to me so getting her backstory filled in a lot of gaps and made everything with Cade make sense. both of their stories broke my heart though.
I did figure out the big reveal very early on in this book but the other reveal in how Journey got to where she did… that I did not see that coming.

I freaking love Cade&Journey story so much! The only thing I don’t think I liked was the miscommunication cause so much could have been avoided but other than that great story line! So excited for the next one!

*I received an ARC from the author for my honest review*

I never wanted this story to end! I'm completely obsessed with this dark suspenseful gothic romance and the characters attending St. Mary's boarding school. It is an enthralling story and had literal chills (in a good way) the whole time reading it.

S.J. completely outdid herself with Cade and Journey's story.

As a reader you feel completely immersed in these characters, the school and their world's. S.J. did an incredible job of making Dead Girls Never Talk a standalone but still intertwining parts of Good Girls Never Rise and Bad Boys Never Fall into the storyline.

The depth of this story and plot twists keep you on edge. You question characters, you question motivties. Even though the story has closure, you are left wanting and craving more. You truly miss the halls of St. Mary's after you finish this unbelievable story.

I knew going into this book it was going to be rough after getting pieces of thing's about Journey in Book 2 Bad Boys Never Fall. This girl what she had to do took strength to survive the Coven. Cade has been a shell of himself ever since Journey was sent away, but now he's been given a 2nd chance to make thing's right with Journey, but will she let him in? Can she trust him, because someone is trying to kill her and now that she's back who can she trust? Everyone is a suspect. This book will have you guessing pretty much the whole book and with that lil twist that's thrown in there at the end

Amazing!

I love this book! It follows a different couple but is a continuation of the overall story, rather than a repeat of the same events!

So many plot twists and secrets in this book!!

I'm excited for the next one!
