Definitely a must read for anyone on the edge of, or already mired in, stress and feelings of inadequacy
Some good insights and things to think about. My favorite is to get a good night of sleep because it impact so much if you do not.

I liked this book way more than I thought I would. I was expecting something preachier and self-helpier, but this was more like a dialogue. I'm not actually sure how to classify it. It's a little bit like self-help and a little bit like memoir, but not really either.
I must confess, I'm not a fan of the structure of having "four pillars" to the "third metric"--I feel like I need to make an outline to keep track of everything!
Overall, a very good, fast read.

At first I could hardly believe I was reading a book like this. It seemed geared to more high powered individuals than myself, de-emphasizing success and unplugging (it's easier to say don't strive so much for success when you're a hugely successful person), and something called the "Third Metric
" which is completely dorky and conference-room-self-help-gotta-have-a-name-to-copyright-annoying. But after I got over that (and luckily she doesn't refer to the third metric that often) it was a really nice book that reminds us to meditate, give, love and whatnot. Good stuff.

Great insight to for moving towards work/life balance
