Each book is relatively engaging, but I don't really get the overall "goal": collect the talismans and then what? Also each book has been the same: need to find animal, struggle to find animal, struggle to find talisman, struggle against Shane et al for talisman, either keep talisman or lose it dramatically/painfully to Shane. Repeat.

This one was interesting...the group travel to Arctica to find Suka the Polar Bear and brave the Northern ice and snow storms. A key character in Rollan's life gets introduced in this story, and her character is interesting (she is probably my favorite character right now).
The Conquerors keep discovering where the Fallen are, so chances are someone in the group is being a snitch. I predict that it is Tarik. Can't wait to find out what happens next!!
