FBI Agent Winter Black is assigned to work on a case where the survivors of a mall shooting are being killed. The killer is killing innocents who have already been victims. The pressure to protect these individuals is overwhelming as is the need to catch the killer. When the killer ends up dead, the agents wonder who is behind it. Is Winter's brother somehow involved? I enjoy reading about continuing characters. I really enjoy the characters in this series. If you like series with interesting protagonists then I would recommend this for you.
