Loved this series. Wish the characters were more visual (they were floating voices with no physical traits most of the time), but I almost didn't care. Beautiful love story.

This was a light read that had all the fluff and drama I needed. It was rough for me to read hospital scenes and some with Maggie but it's okay. I really liked the ending, because I thought it would finish the exact opposite way. Time travelling is awesome, man, idk.

This was a great companion/sequel to Time Between Us, and while it did wrap most things up nicely, I can't help but feel that there could have been a third book. I mean it ends happily, but I guess I wanted a little more detail into how that is possible for the time-crossed lovers. Still it was cute and a quick read. I devoured it in only a couple hours.

As usual, Ms. Stone has a beautiful writing style. This book was well done. Not nearly as good as the original, but good job at putting this story to bed despite my questions of how in the hell this is gonna work...

From the minute I found out about Time After Time I knew I had to read it.  I loved Time Between Us and I couldn't wait to see Bennett's point of view.
Time After Time starts with Bennett in his own time, preparing for a 'camping trip' and making plans to go back and see Anna. They make arrangements for him to visit her at certain times that are important to her, prom, races, parties. If you have read Time Between Us then you know it's not as easy as it seems, and this due have not had an easy relationship.

Time After Time is an eye opening account on how Bennett feels about it all. He wants to do so much and make things better, but at the same time suffers huge consequences to himself. We get to see inside his mind and what he is thinking. I love how he does thoughtful little things that show how he feels about Anna, but also didn't like when he makes her worry, by being sent back into his own time unplanned.

The up, downs, twists, and turn in Time After Time, keeps you guessing, wondering if Anna and Bennett's time will be up, if he will get sent back to his own time at any minute, making each second they spend together that much more special, making each moment last.

It took me a few hours to finish Time After Time, and even though I was sick I had no problems sitting down to read this book, it kept me completely engrossed in what was going on.  By the time I had reached the ending there was a bit of worry on my behalf over what would happen, and while the ending, both the real and the future, were a perfect ending, it was with great sadness that closed the pages of this book.

I knew this was a series - but I thought it was the first one for the first 100 pages - but I was constantly fighting down that feeling of not knowing the whole story. Haha. Anyways it was a struggle, but I know it will be popular on my school bookshelf and I’ll grab part one as well. Typical time travel and fall in love type problems. Teena will love it.

I had no idea that this was the second installment of a series, and so perhaps my assessment of the storyline is missing something -- although individual books in a series really should be able to stand on their own. I picked this up at a book sale because I'm a big fan of time travel storylines and like to pre-read possible books to have on hand for my high-middle-grade reading daughter. I liked the premise and the pacing, and the era comparisons were very on-point and entertaining (to me, having vivid memory/knowledge of both years). However, I felt that there were too many plot holes with respect to the time travel and logic of its manipulation, and the ending seemed to be one big plot sinkhole that raised more questions in my mind than it wrapped up. I also didn't care much for the voice of the book, which struck me as not "male" at all. I just couldn't believe that I was reading narration from a male perspective, but some manufactured false utopian version of teenage boy emotion. I'm no novice to the YA genre; I've seen this done in a more believable way in other series. I'm going to check out book 1 and see if that changes my perspective, and I do plan on keeping it around the shelves as a reasonable option if it interests my kid in the future, but overall I was a bit underwhelmed.
