What a read! I really enjoyed this read from start to finish! I loved the twist and the island and how it all came about. I also loved Alice Feeney and how descriptive she is. She is amazing at sucking me into a book and slowly unwinding the story and who the characters are and their backstory. I love her books and really enjoyed this book and the message this book brought.
Now a little bit about the book- I loved the two POVs (Grady and Abby). I love the unique setting ( a community on an island) this really just made it even more mysterious. I didn’t see the twist coming to the degree that they did so I'm very pleased with this book. I loved a good twist at the last pages!!!
Definitely a must read for thriller fans!

*no spoilers necessarily but does insinuate some things* I mostly enjoyed this book but I'm still mulling over the ending. It was a quick read that kept me entertained and wanting to solve the mystery of the island and it's odd mix of people. I had my theories about the twist but did not crack it. Though while surprising, the twist was a the tiniest bit of an eye roll. And, I don't know if the reader was really given the evidence to support who the kind of person the main character turned out to be. It left me feeling sorry for the wrong person.
