I wish this had come out before the second season of the Netflix show did only because as I was reading I felt like I had already read it. Which I guess means that the show does a really good job of being faithful to the manga but it also means that that manga didn't have the same newness to it for me that the other volumes did. That being said, I still really enjoyed it. Tatsu is hilarious and the the chapter where he tries to trick the little girl into eating veggies is fantastic. You can feel how sinister she is and I love it. Overall another great volume of a truly amazing manga.

As a longtime fan of the series, I loved this but felt it was shorter and lacked the usual passion behind most of the other volumes. It’s a solid volume but not as great as the previous 8.

Tatsu's adventures continue in volume 9. This volume is packed with humor and helpful tips, endearing us further to the large cast of characters. With nine volumes under his belt, you might expect the story to grow stale. But WotH remains fresh and surprisingly deep in places.
