This murder mystery has everything, and as intense as it can get, it was such a fun read.

The writing style is extremely confusing. There wasn’t a consistent narrator, you’d read one narrator speak and then out of the blue another narrator starts to speak about a whole different topic and time and it became too frustrating to read.

I liked the idea of this book. I wish there had been more about Allison and the Aunts, but it has left me room to infer. I was expecting a more satisfying ending, but I think that is just Donna Tartt’s way. This is my 3rd Donna Tartt book and every book of hers ends very suddenly, without any justification or significant meaning. However, I do kind of enjoy this, because isn’t life just the same?

Dnf page 333.
I just can't do this anymore. Nothing really happens, it is just meandering.
