At the rate we are going, there won't be any characters left much longer. Loved seeing where the story was going and can't wait to read the next one.

I hated it and I liked it at the same time, so I wouldn't trust my rating if I were you. I really don't know what to think. My WTF expression reached unbelievable proportions in this volume and I just can't believe what I read. Mysoginy, sex-crazed characters, fights, killing, they're all on board. And all I can say is that everybody, no exceptions, is crazy already.

Well, I was enjoying this series - until this book. It's not that the story was bad, I just can't handle Kirkman's portrayal of female characters. They all seem so desperate and pathetic. I guess I'll continue with the TV series and hope it continues to be different from the books.

2.5 Stars. This was just so disappointing after the previous volumes. The women are written terribly, and there is a solid amount of dudes senselessly punching each other instead of actual character development. Here's hoping the next volume is better.
