Sophie has once again given us a cast of compelling characters who are both flawed, and lovable in their own special way.
I laughed so much, I was moved to tears by the special relationships between brothers, and a father and his sons.
I also enjoyed every single one of the foodie elements this story contained! This was such a fun and unique story. I’m greatly looking forward to book 2 in the series.

Theo and Sullivan / Sullie (twin).
Minimal smut.

Shockingly and mind-numbingly stupid, but not in a painful way

These two fell in love in a week and got engaged within a month of reconnecting. We had childhood connection trope, dead mums, fake relationship and forced proximity all at once and it was just a circus tbh and everyone should be reported to HR

Also the random illustrations TOOK ME OUTTTTTT I almost burst a lung when I saw Sully, the supposed most attractive guy on earth and that last one of them doing the devils tango WAS NOT NEEDED

I really enjoyed this book - it's very different from Sophie Lark's dark romances but it still has the charm that makes me love all of her books. The characters were lovely, the plot was good, the romance was amazing and the pacing was perfect! One thing that I admire a lot about Sophie Lark is that she writes short books but they never feel like short stories.

And I also feel like I could always read 5 books about her characters just living their best lives and I wouldn't get bored at all...

This was cute. I’m a sucker for a man who falls first and falls hard. I loved Sullivan to bits. My only gripe with this book is the fact that the reconciliation felt too quick & easy. There wasn’t any push & pull. The stakes didn’t feel high. So it fell kinda flat there for me. But otherwise I loved Sully & Theo’s relationship and how much he just wanted to love her.

When Theo met Sullivan she wasn't the only one blushing. God the last I felt like this was when while I was reading ACTOR. This book was cute lovely and spicy. I usually read dark romance but this one made me giggle. Theo works for Angus but she wanted to be a chef and open her own restaurant. At an event while she was working she met her school bully Sullivan who blackmailed her and made her introduce him to her boss. Sullivan lied to Angus and told him that Theo and he was dating from last 6 months. Then the fake dating began. I LOVED the book. Theo was so sweet and caring she deserved everything.

Love Contract follows Theo whose only dream is to open her own restaurant. However, for now, she's working for a billionaire who is a pain to deal with. Her life is changed when a person she hasnt' seen since high school, Sullivan Rivas, blackmails her to pretend to date to try to get both of them ahead. But what's fake can start to feel real very fast.
I love Sophie Lark's book so much and I am so happy she is in her fake dating era! This book is one that I absolutelly adored. I really love the relationships that Sophie creates not just in the romantic sense but in the sense of all the characters.
Theo and Sully's relationship was so special to watch grow. They both have been through some tough times and I LOVED that Sully didn't see Theo as a "weird geek" that everyone else did in high school but loved her for who she was. He did what he could to maker sure she stayed happy including buying the most expensive ingredients for her to cook with to make her smile.
I also adored Theo's relationship with Sully's dad. I just loved seeing how much she was able to pull him out of the troublesome hole he found himself in and how she was able to reapri his and his son's relationship.
I am so excited to read the next book when it came out. If you are looking for a great fake dating romance, I would highly recommend picking this up.

I don’t know what Sophie Lark puts in these books but every time she puts out a new one I have to drop everything and binge the whole thing. This is the first book in a new series following private chef/assistant Theo and her high school nemesis Sullivan fake date for her boss after Sullivan blackmails her into it. I loved the characters in this book and loved their relationships with each other, both the main couple and Theo’s relationship with Sullivan’s twin and father. I immediately wanted the next books in this series when I finished the book, cannot wait for Reese and Merrick’s books.

Also, I was getting so hungry when reading all the descriptions of Theo’s foods when reading this book.
