After I was laid off in March because of Covid, I took a temporary customer service job to pay the bills. While I was there, I had the gift of @TonyBarnes as my team lead. For a (too short) period of time, I got to connect with Tony and have chats about my life and future goals after this temporary job. Tony led *arguably* the best team in the organization and we continuously crushed every goal we had. His leadership is invaluable.
So when I saw he had written a book (!!!) I knew I had to get my hands on it. This short book is the kick in the butt pep talk I need every once in a while and I think that the advice on tackling your own life bullies really resonated with me. I enjoyed this but I do wish that some topics were examined a little deeper with tangible examples of how to start tackling these mind bullies. I can't wait to see what else Tony does (he needs a podcast IMO) but this book is a great starting point. It's only 99 cents on Kindle! Let me know if you read it and let's chat about it!
