I can see how this would have been quite the thing in its time and place, but it doesn't age or transfer across cultures so very well. It could probably use some footnotes. There were some interesting dynamics, but overall I was left a little meh.

অমিত বলে, ফ্যাশানটা হল মুখোশ, স্টাইলটা হল মুখশ্রী।

সহজকে সহজ রাখতে হলে শক্ত হতে হয়। ছন্দকে সহজ করতে চাও তো যতিকে ঠিক জায়গায় কষে আঁটতে হবে। লোভ বেশি, তাই জীবনের কাব্যে কোথাও যতি দিতে মন সরে না, ছন্দ ভেঙে গিয়ে জীবনটা হয় গীতহীন বন্ধন।

পূজা জিনিসটাকে একঘেয়ে করে তোলার মতো অপবিত্র অধার্মিকতা আর কিছু হতে পারে না।

কমল-হীরের পাথরটাকে বলে বিদ্যে, আর ওর থেকে যে আলো ঠিকরে পড়ে, তাকে বলে কালচার। পাথরের ভার আছে, আলোর আছে দীপ্তি।

যে রত্ন কে সস্তায় পাওয়া গেল তারও আসল মূল্য যে বোঝে সেই জানব জহুরি।

পৃথিবীতে হয়তো দেখবার যোগ্য লোক পাওয়া যায়, তাকে দেখবার যোগ্য জায়গাটি পাওয়া যায় না।

Gurudev...!! at his best...
full of new thoughts, and all are revolutionary. Has tried to explain a real cause behind marriage and he has quite succeeded in explaining it. Love is possible, anywhere and between any two persons of any kind. You can experience love through his words.
