This book was really enjoyable because of the characters but there wasn’t much of a plot to it.
If there had been some conflict in act 3 with the mobster, which required Alexis to ask Kieran for help dealing with, it could have really brought the book together. As it stands there wasn’t a climax or resolution to this book - it kinda felt like half of a book really dragged out.
Will be continuing with the series though because I assume the next one will be more exciting and I’d like to know what’s next for Alexis, Mordecai and Daisy.

It was great but I wish I would've read this before the ruin of roses series which is WAAYYY spicier. The story is thrilling and the chemistry and dirty talk between the heroines is amazing but it just didn't flash me as much as ruin of roses. STILL! If you love KF Breene you'll want to check this out.
