I don't know why I read this book. I guess cause I'm on a fire and having a lot of sitting around time.

4 STARS

"When orphaned 11-year-old Pollyanna comes to live with austere and wealthy Aunt Polly, her philosophy of gladness brings happiness to her aunt and other members of the community, somewhat to their surprise." (From Amazon)

Sometimes I wish I remained a Pollyanna. A great story about a young girl who sees the good in everyone and every situation. The Haley Mills film version is pretty good.
