I don't recommend this book.
It's an aesthetically pleasing book without any substance.
It barely scratches the surface of what minimalism is about and limits it to having fewer clothes and home-made beauty and cleaning supplies.
I would say, it's more an introduction into how to be zero waste (without actually giving any meaningful advice). You can watch any youtube video about zero-waste essentials and you'll get the same info.
There are some recipes in there that could be useful. But that's about all the value I found in the book.
