I liked this! It definitely wasn't my favorite of Olivia Dade's books; you can absolutely tell that it's one of her earliest novels (the spice is only so-so, and everything was super rushed). I also wasn't a fan of Dade's use of the word "flesh" sooo many times throughout the book (particularly didn't like the phrase "velvety flesh").

This novella has made Olivia Dade an auto-buy author for me.
(Originally I didn’t realise it was a novella and was surprised by how small the physical copy was, but it was a lovely quick afternoon read - although I love the concept so much a full size novel would have also been fantastic!).

Thomas is a dreamy, hopelessly in love academic and Callie is a relatable, loveable female protagonist. The prose is lovely, and I laughed at loud several times at the way things were worded.
