if you want to change your life for the better and feel open to expanding your world view even more, i could not recommend this book more. beth is gentle, calm, passionate, and inspiring. i’m likely to listen to anything she has to share. this book is powerfully in adjusting your mindset and remembering why life is so beautiful. i’m keeping it in my front room to revisit as much as possible.

A fun little book that has been well researched. It has an EXTENSIVE bibliography at the end to further my own investigations into Japanese lifestyle and culture. There are plenty of questions to think about / journal about as you go through the book, and I found it easy to read.
