What a beautiful book. The pacing is a little off, but the story and the characters are enough for me to forgive the odd pace.

The concept of this book was nice but the book itself was way too drawn out. I feel it could have been shorter, a lot shorter.

this really isn’t my typical sort of book, but i genuinely liked it a lot. i saw the movie years ago and the idea of reading the book seemed fun so here i am.

admittedly, the story was kind of slow, but the writing was detailed in such a way that it didn’t drag along. i wish there was more tacked on to the end so i could know what happened to everyone.

some parts were graphic and some of the events could be triggering, but for anyone looking for a good, underrated pride month book, i definitely recommend!

I loved it. I just wish that it didn’t end there. I also hope that there will be a second one. A wonderful read.

It took a while for me to finish this book but I liked that a lot because the story had time to sink in and I dint rush through it. I love how great I could picture Cameron because of the writing, the way it showed her personality. Generally the writing was really good! It was very easy to get lost in this book and feel the story. At one point I had to put the book away and just stare into nothingness for a minute because it was so shocking. I felt anger, frustration and sadness but also happiness for some times. Overall I really really enjoyed this book a lot! The characters were great.
