This was an inventive new romantic comedy, which really held my interest. Now I will spend the next week speaking like a Brit.
Just as cute as the first time I listened to it. And their first "kiss"? Who knew kisses via text could be so swoony. I love Sophie's work and this is definitely one of my favorites.

Have you ever been laughing so hard at something you were listening to alone in your car that the driver in the next lane looked at you funny? Well, that happened to me more than once as I enjoyed the audio CD version of I've Got Your Number. Poppy, the heroine, gets herself into such ridiculously funny situations, yet her character is so endearing that I adored her! As an Anglophile, I ate up all the British colloquialisms. And I have to give a shout-out for the reader of this audiobook. Her accent was the cutest thing I have ever heard; I find myself wanting to listen to other productions she has done, regardless of the book, just to hear her vocal inflections again.
One caveat on the book, especially in audio version - there was a fair amount of profanity. My daughter even suggested someone invent a clear play for audio so I could bleep out the swear words! Great idea!
