Just fun. Take it for what it is: A quick, easy, entertaining read. Pretty predictable, but sometimes it's nice to just not have to think. I actually laughed out loud at parts so this book did its job.

This has got to be hands down my favorite Sophie Kinsella novel. I got an audiobook of it from my local library and listened to the whole thing within a week. It was a fun, chick lit read that have me laughing out loud at times. Dear Poppy, I love you.

I didn't like the main character until about halfway through. There's a few scenes that had me laughing & picturing it as a movie & other scenes had me scolding the protagonist. The ending is what sealed it as an enjoyable experience for me.

I'd actually probably give this a 4.5 but I didn't want to round up to a 5 because it's not life-changing or anything; that said, I did love it nevertheless! Funny and entertaining, it's just a light read but it's a page-turner! I love Kinsella's writing style.

I cannot eat magnum ice cream anymore

4.5 out of 5 stars for me. Such a sweet easy read. I love Poppy and her kind heart. I would definitely wanna have a friend like her.
